All returns are allowed within 30 days of product delivery and as long as it is in its original packaging.
 
For hygiene and health reasons, open products are not allowed, except for an error in the shipment of the product that could not be seen from the outside of it (wrong product) or that the delivered product has a factory defect.
 
To process the return, get in touch with our customer service, using the form that you will find in "Contact" or via email info@colchonesbezen.com indicating the reason for the return and we will contact you as soon as possible indicating the procedure to follow.
 
The cost of transport of returns due to withdrawal will be paid by the customer.

In the case of returns due to factory defects, or execution of the guarantee right, the after-sales department will evaluate the scope of the same to determine if it is to be repaired or replaced by another product.

The refund will be carried out by the same method in which the purchase was made.
